In addition to getting to know you, we will chat about birth preferences, comfort techniques, and address any concerns you may have.

During your labor, I will be present to offer physical and emotional support. This may include assisting with breathing techniques, providing comfort measures such as massage or positioning, and ensuring that your wishes are respected throughout the birthing process.

Support varies based off your needs! It can include assisting with newborn care, feeding support, soothing techniques, and helping with simple household tasks so you can rest and recover.

This upgraded package includes 4 additional postpartum visits, giving you the extra support you need to confidently transition into life as a new parent. Support varies based on your new family’s needs.
Postpartum Support
$65/ph
To ensure continuity of care and the best possible support, my postpartum services are available exclusively to families who have hired me for birth doula support.
With more than a decade of experience supporting children of all ages, my goal is to help you feel confident with practical guidance so your family can settle into new routines.
Everyone deserves a doula. Finances should not an obstacle to receiving the support you need for your pregnancy and birth.
