Birth Support
Everything you need to feel prepared, held, and supported through labor and your first days at home with meaningful prenatal connection built-in before you ever step foot in the hospital.
Complimentary ConsultationBefore any commitment, we'll connect for a no-pressure conversation to get to know each other, talking through your hopes for your birth experience, and make sure we're the right fit for each other.
Two prenatal sessions to prepare you fully, one focused on labor, one on what comes after.Labor Preparation: birth preferences, comfort techniques, breathing and positioning practice, and what to expect during labor.Postpartum & Newborn Prep: infant care basics, feeding fundamentals, recovery expectations, and space for any remaining birth questions.
On-call availability starting at 38 weeks.From 38 weeks onward, I'm on call for you around the clock; day or night, weekends included. Whenever labor begins, I'm ready.
Continuous labor support (home and/or hospital/birth center)I'll be with you from active labor through birth offering physical and emotional support, breathing guidance, massage and positioning, and making sure your wishes are respected at every turn.
Immediate postpartum support following birthI don't leave after baby arrives. I stay through the immediate postpartum period, supporting you, your baby, and your care team until your family is settled into your recovery room, typically around 1-2 hours after birth.
Two postpartum follow-up visits to process your experience and check in.Flexible support based on what you need most, whether that be newborn care, feeding guidance, soothing techniques, and light household help like meal prep so you can rest and recover.

With more than a decade of experience with children of all ages, I offer flexible hourly postpartum care with practical, grounding support as you settle into new routines.

Hands-on support with newborn care routines, infant soothing techniques, and feeding whether nursing, using bottles, or both.

Light household help including meal prep, and tidying, so you can focus on resting, bonding, and healing.

Babywearing Education
Hands-on support to help you carry your baby safely, comfortably, and confidently.
Whether you're brand new to babywearing or struggling to get comfortable with your current carrier, these consultations are designed to meet you where you are. Together, we’ll find a carrier option that works for your body, your baby, and your daily life.
During your consultation, we can cover:
Safe positioning and fit checks
Learning about soft structured carriers, ring slings, and woven wraps
Newborn carrying support
Back carries and toddler wearing
Troubleshooting discomfort or pain
Carrier recommendations and rentals before purchasing
Hands-free soothing, feeding, and everyday movement
Consultations are available anytime prenatally or postpartum (even toddlers!) and are tailored to your experience level, goals, and family needs. Virtual and in-person sessions available.
